Belgian deliveries usually take 2-5 working days. EU/UK deliveries take 5-10 working days. Please allow up to 21 days for all other areas worldwide.
Each order will come with its own tracking number so you always know where your parcel is and when it will arrive.
Please be advised that during bank holidays or busy periods such as religious holidays, it may take slightly longer to receive your parcel. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.
If your country is not listed on the shipping zone when you place your order, please contact us to determine what can be arranged for you.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
We believe you will be delighted with your orders but there might be occasions where you feel it necesseary to contact us.
Should there be an incident when your parcel arrives that is not of your own fault or the fault of the person taking the parcel at its arrival, please email us with a photo of the parcel and the products and we will send you a replacement within 24 hours.
For occasions where a replacement is not adequate, please email us explaining the situation (including photos of the products), we will review it and, if applicable, issue a refund within 5-10 working days.
Please note that we do not exchange or take back any products (unless special circumstances as mentioned above) as exchanged cosmetics can never be sold again for hyginene reasons and have to be thrown away.
